Submit a Nomination

Please read eligibility criteria thoroughly before submitting your nomination.

Period of achievements to be considered must fall between 1st of April 2024 and 31st of March 2025.

The nominee must reside within the Howick Local Board area OR be representing a sports club or organization that sits within the Howick Local Board area.

"Junior" athletes are considered U19s as of January 1st 2025.

Please submit 1 form per category per nominee.

For example, if you wish to nominate someone for multiple awards, please submit an individual nomination per category. 

When doing so, please only submit information relevant to that specific category.

You are allowed to nominate multiple people for the same category.
